Skylar Lykke is a brown haired, blue eyed, fair skinned human who is well known for being a Klingon Opera Diva and Shakespearean Actor, specializing in the bard's works in their original Klingon. She got her theater start in the historical Broadway district in New York City on Earth. When not on stage, she's a little bit of a contradiction, she is both a person who calms and soothes people and a person who stirs the proverbial pot in the name of creating chaos and entertainment.

Sky found Spiegel when one of her friends randomly picked him out of the crowd during some street-side guerrilla improv. She was curious about this curly haired boy who was spouting off about a very obscure catholic saint, who happened to be featured on the shirt she was wearing that day. When this amusing technical prophet extracted himself from the lunatic theater people, she managed to tail him to the restaurant that was his intended destination before he got waylayed by her friends. After some awkward, though interesting, conversation over a meal, he invited her to go out dancing with him. She introduced him to her friends, and found out he has some tricks up his sleeve. From there, they dated a while.

The Succubus Napalm was invented for Sky by a bartender named Gary, at the request of Spiegel. It has since become a very popular drink within theater groups and is the one drink that Sky will always drink if offered to her.

When he left for Starfleet Academy, they broke up on good terms and kept in contact somewhat. His mother would send him play bills from whatever show she was in, and when he was back in the city, he'd try to make it out to see her perform. Once he graduated from the Acad and got his first posting, he started to find it harder to keep in contact with her. It didn't help that about that time a traveling Klingon Opera troupe started to woo her to join them. Spiegel only found about about this step up in her career when they crossed paths as he was transferring to the Rothmore, and she was headed back to earth after her first season of travel with the troupe. They had a delightful fling for old time's sake, and did a better job of keeping in touch after that.

When he was blind sided by Jenni, and eventually conned into marrying her, he ended up cutting ties with Sky because Jenni didn't like her. Sky was angry and hurt by this, having liked Jenni until being forced to lose her friend due to the woman's insecurity. Once that marriage fell apart, Spiegel attempted to get back in contact with Sky, but it took him more than a few years to reforge that bridge. Currently things are proceeding cautiously, but optimistically.
