Klavaatu

The klavaatu is a rare Bajoran fruit. One variety (the variety which is Noelle Connor's favorite) is purple.

Noelle is able to get a large supply of them on a frequent basis when they are in season on Bajor, due to there being a number of plants on the property where her children live.

Five drinks can made with it:

• Bastard Ale designed by Lucas Spiegel, which is a clear, pale blue liquid.

• The Dammit Noey, which utilizes a sweeter, less distilled amethyst-hued spirit made from both the pulp and rind of the ripest fruits.

• The Klavatini, made with klavaatu spirits and gin

• The Klavarita, made with tequila, klavaatu juice and ice

• The Klavapolitan, made with vodka and klavaatu juice.
