From USS Takeda Shingen

Starbase 668 is a special place. It's the place where the fleet sends its people to kill their careers. Called Milliways by the natives, after The Restaurant at the End of the Universe of The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy fame, it is a place that a lot of the fleet doesn't even know exists. Most of its residents have resigned themselves to either dying or retiring there, but hope recently sparked after one red-headed Klingon-Trill hybrid trouble maker recently found herself transferred away from the dead end assignment.
